Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Within Australia
Beach Beads only offers gift card exchanges, we do not offer refunds.
All personalised jewellery are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded.
We want you to LOVE your Beach Beads, that's why we offer gift card exchanges. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can send back your jewellery and you will receive a gift card exchange for the price you paid for the jewellery.
We do not refund original shipping fees.
Return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer.
All items must be sent back within 7 days of receipt of delivery in original condition and original packaging. Unfortunately after this 7 day deadline we can not accept any claims.

Canceling Orders
Should you wish to cancel your order before we have dispatched it please contact us at hello@beachbeads.com.au. We will advise if your order has been prepared and dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to retrieve it from our delivery service to cancel your order unfortunately. In this case please refer to the 'Returns and Exchanges above
